NEXT DAY ORDER CUT-OFF is 3PM, although we can often accomodate later cut off's if it is an emergency - call for details.

Delivery times should be displayed next to each product on our site, many items are available for next day or 48 hour delivery, however some items may be subject to longer delivery times. If an item is listed as 'out of stock' or a 'Buy Now' button is not present then we advise you to call us on 020 8951 9696 for more information. In the event that a stated delivery time cannot be met we will call you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to change/cancel your order if required.

APC Overnight

Our courier of choice is APC Overnight, we have used them for many years and find their customer service and delivery track record is impeccable. Depending on the item and which of our warehouses we ship from we may also used one of the other major shipping companies.

In addition, if the delivery address is within London then we may use our own fleet of drivers.

Most deliveries can be tracked and you will be sent an email with tracking details, alternatively you can call us on 020 8951 9696 and we will update you on your orders progress.
