When will I receive my order?
Providing the items you have ordered are in stock and you have placed your order before 3pm then you should receive your order the very next day.
It's after 3pm and I really really need something!
Don't panic, wherever we can we are here to help you out. Just call us up and one of the team will try and organise a late order for you.
How do I know if an item is in stock for Next Day delivery?
If an item's availability is marked as 'In Stock' then this item will be available for Next Day Delivery.
If it's marked as anything else then feel free to call us, our online system updates every few hours whereas our real humans in the office can get updates live for you from both our own warehouses and those of the manufacturers.
If an item is listed as 'out of stock' or a 'Buy Now' button is not present then we advise you to call us for more information.
In the event that a stated delivery time cannot be met we will call you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to change/cancel your order if required.
I need my order by a certain time or a Saturday, can you do this?
Of course we can! Just call us up and we will arrange a timed or Saturday delivery for you. This is likely to be at an additional cost, our team will be able to advise.
Is there a way I can get it even quicker than Next Day?
Yes! We now offer Same Day Express delivery on a lot of popular items. You could have your drive in your hands within the next few hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes, most deliveries we ship out can be tracked online and you will be sent an email with tracking details, alternatively you can call us on 020 8951 9696 and we will update you on your orders progress.
