Delivery & Returns



Delivery times should be displayed next to each product on our site, many items are available for next day or 48 hour delivery, however some items may be subject to longer delivery times. If an item is listed as 'out of stock' or a 'Buy Now' button is not present then we advise you to call us on 020 8746 7611 for more information. In the event that a stated delivery time cannot be met we will call you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to change/cancel your order if required. Unless the Buyer is an authorised account holder with Salon Limited no goods will be despatched until payment is received in full.

Deliveries are made either by our own fleet of delivery drivers or by one of our preferred shippers. Smaller, less valuable items may be despatched by Royal Mail Recorded. In most circumstances a signature will be required upon delivery. In all instances we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee in the event of an attempted delivery being made but no-one is present to sign for the goods. Most deliveries can be tracked via our online tracking system, alternatively you can call us on 020 8746 7611.
